1 day basic training is also included at
your premises.
All Dyna Pro Load Controlled chassis dynamometers come as standard with a hand
controller pendant, Intelligent Ignition Pick-up System, Starter
Motor System including battery and charger, Air Brakes for
emergency braking on power failure, 12 additional analogue input
channels for custom sensors, Real-Time Torque measurement of the
Eddy Brake, and temperature compensation.

When each step is reached, load is locked instantly allowing you
to take your measurements or make map changes extremely quickly,
all while watching LIVE A/F and Power.
Steps can be set to any rpm and controlled manually or by
computer, with the eddy current also automatically slowing the
engine as soon as the testing has completed.

wind resistance tests.
An inertia test has effectively been performed with increasing
load as rpm increases.
Wind Drag, Sweep / Step Testing & constant loading are just some of the features the advanced Dyna Run software offers, giving you greater power to tune every engine properly according to its own weight and power characteristics.
The advanced closed loop PID load system means step testing is simple to operate and will not overheat the engine. The software can be programmed to hold load accurately, for as long as you like at any RPM or speed. The special computer controlled cooling fans will not allow the engine to overheat.
The manual step test and LIVE power, torque and a/f measurement
mean you can control testing, mapping cells with extreme
accuracy on your Bazazz, power commander, Twin tech, TFI module
or any other tuning system you care to mention.
Tuning
at fixed rpm and TP is is great for live mapping, but wind resistance
load tests are also useful for checking the transient nature of
any mapping changes you have made! This replicates real world
riding and allows the operator to accurately tune for any
circumstance. Can you do this with other well known dynos?
With Dyna Pro's advanced windows software, Dyna Run V3, operating the Dynamometer is simple and user friendly. All software is free for life and you will never be charged for standard software upgrades.
Software upgrades are usually released once per year, and all Dynamometers come with a day’s training
at your site.
‘Seat of the pants’ testing is pure guesswork, a dyno will give you figures fast, and let you know and diagnose exactly what is happening in the heart of the motorcycle being tested.
Don't forget, using a dyno is also a great diagnostic tool to
replicate faults that would be difficult on the road. If a
customer says they have a misfire at 150 Kmh, are you going to
check that on the road?
The Load Controlled range of Eddy-Brake Chassis Dynamometers is a breakthrough in terms of performance for money and all
designed and manufactured, ‘in house’ by Dyna Pro's highly skilled workforce based in Basingstoke, UK.
Dyna Pro dyno's can also display power in True HP, or comparable
to DJ HP.. SAE,CE,DIN correction factors are also used to
produce accurate and comparable results with other dyno's.
Inertia Dynamometers will only handle ‘Sweep Acceleration’ testing, where as Load Controlled Dynamometers will handle both ‘Sweep Acceleration (fixed load & Variable load)’ and ‘Static’ testing at any given engine speed or road speed.
